MRI诊断肺癌的价值（附60例分析）

摘　　要：本文分析了肺癌ＭＲＩ６０例的表现，ＭＲＩ具有多方位与多参数扫描及血管流空效应等优点。可清晰显示：（１）肿瘤的形态与信号特点；（２）肿瘤对支气管、纵隔、胸膜、胸壁的侵犯及淋巴结转移等征象。术前ＭＲＩ肿瘤分期准确率达９４．４％，对判断肿瘤的可切性及肿瘤的分期和制定治疗方案可提供依据。全面评价了ＭＲＩ在肺癌中的诊断价值。The features of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in 60 cases of bronchogenic carcinoma were analysed.The characteristics of signs shown clearly by MRI,by which the morphological appearnace of carcinomatous masses could be seen, made it right to judge the invasion of the bronchi,mediastinum,the pleura and the chest wall,and mediastinal lymphy matastases.Therefore,it is important to make use of MRI to judge the stages of the tumor and to work out the remedy for it.
