立体定向放射治疗肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨立体定向放射治疗肺癌的近期疗效。方法：采用深圳OUR—XK治疗仪治疗152例肺癌患者，5～8Gy／次，隔日1次，肿瘤靶区总剂量在55～78Gy。结果：治疗结束1～6月后复查CT，肿块完全消失（CR）40例（26．3％）、部分缓解（PR）92例（60．5％）、无变化（NC）＋进展（PD）20例（13．2%），总有效率86．8%。57例肿瘤体积≤30cm。者有效率为98．25％，95例肿瘤体积〉30cm。者有效率为80．O％，两者比较差并有显著性（P〈0．005）。结论：立体定向放射治疗肺癌近期疗效显著，随着临床经验的不断积累，这项技术必将在肺癌的治疗中占有重要地位。Objective ： To assess the response of fractional stereotactic radiotherapy（SRT）for lung cancer. Methods.152 lung cancer patients were treated with SRT which was given every other day and 5 to 8 Gy per fraction with the total doses from 55 to 78 Gy. Results： All the patients were reexamined in 1-6months after treatment. The mass disappeared in 40 patients（26.3% ）, shrank over 1/2 in 92 patients （60.5 % ）,and the other 20 cases didn ＇t show obvious change （13.2 % ）o The overall response rate （CR-bPR） was 86. 8% for the primary tumor. An overall response rate was 98. 25% for tumor volume ≤30 cm^3, and was 80.0 % for tumor volume〉30 cm^3, showing significant difference （P 〈 0. 005）. Conclusion： Stereotactic radiotherapy provides excellent lesion control in lung cancer. It will become an important therapeutic method in the combined treatment of lung cancer,
