摘 要:研究多点电喷汽油机燃用不同掺混比的乙醇/汽油混合燃料时的排放及催化器的转化性能。结果表明,在汽油机参数未做任何调整的情况下,与汽油机相比,乙醇/汽油混合燃料汽油机催化器之前的CO排放降低,降幅接近15%;HC排放在大负荷时略有升高;NOx排放基本相同;乙醇对排放物催化转换效率的影响与电喷汽油机的转速、负荷和空燃比控制策略有关。用气相色谱分析仪测录的未燃乙醇排放在大负荷时略有升高,甲醇排放量变化不大,乙醛排放量随乙醇含量增大而增大,经三效催化转化器后,可以被控制在接近零排放的水平。在怠速工况,随乙醇含量增加,CO、HC和NOx的排放与汽油机相比略有降低。The present paper aims at introducing the authors' experimental investigation over the pollutant emissions and catalytic conversion efficiency features of the synthetic electronic fuel injection (EFI) gasoline engine fueled with ethanol-gasoline blends at various blending ratios (0 vol %, 10 vol %, 20 vol %). In our investigation, ethanol was treated as a partially oxidized hydrocarbon and then added to the blended fuel, which gives out more oxygen in the combustion process and leads to the so-called "leaning effect". When used, the fuel injection ratio was adjusted by means of a closed-loop, in which the on-board ECU controlled the fuel injection with feedback signal from the built-in oxygen sensor in a exhaust pipe. By control the closed-loop, it is possible to measure the effect of the ethanol added to the pollutant emission and the catalytic conversion efficiency features. The results of our investigation indicated that the ethanolgasoline blends as a kind of improved fuel, with ethanol content increased in the blends, helps to remarkable decreasing the engine-out CO emission. The improved level proved to be as high as up to 15%. Whereas the engine-out HC emissions slightly increase at the high engine load, the engine-out NOx emission depends on the operating condition of the engine rather than that of the ethanol content. Furthermore, the effect of the ethanol on catalytic conversion efficiency proves to be related to the engine speed, load as well as air fuel ratio. And, finally, the acetaldehydes emissions of the engine with new blends, measured by gas chromatography, prove evidently higher than that of the gasoline engine. However, the unburned ethanol emissions of the blends engine prove slightly higher than that of gasoline engine, while the methanol emissions of the blends engine are almost similar to that of the gasoline one, but the pollutants can be decreased to approximately zero value after the three-way catalytic converter.
