摘　　要：大学生处在人生发展的重要阶段,面临着学习、交友、恋爱、就业等种种选择和挑战,其中,最大的挑战就是心理危机。地方院校学生往往对学校的知名度和竞争力感到不尽人意,对所学专业不满意,自卑心理具有普遍性。大学生不良心理状态已成为影响大学生健康成才的重要因素,加强大学生心理素质教育势在必行。The university students are in the important stage in the life development, acing with all kinds of choices and challenges of study, making friend, love, employment and so on, among which the biggest is psychological crisis. The district college students often feel unsatisfied with fame and competitive ability of the university or with the major studied, which result in selfcontempt. The psychological situation has been an important factor which influences the healthy growth of the university students, it is necessary to strengthen the psychological quality of the students.
