摘　　要：简要介绍了国际上通用的ISO 9000、QS 9000和ISO 16949质量管理标准;分析了企业实施质量管理标准的必要性,以及我国铸造企业落实质量管理标准的现状与差距;提出了对我国企业如何改进企业质量管理标准化工作的看法;探讨了企业质量管理上存在的差距,并对制约企业提高管理水平的原因进行了分析。The quality standards of ISO 9000, QS 9000 and ISO 16949 that being used universally in the world were briefly introduced. The necessity to implement the quality management standard was analyzed and the current status and shortages that the foundry enterprises of our country in carrying out the quality management standard were presented. Also the viewpoints were put forward that how the enterprises of our country to improve the quality management standardization. The shortages in quality management are discussed and the reasons that restrict the enterprise developing management level were analyzed too.
