C-erbB-2在膀胱尿路上皮细胞肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究C-erbB-2在膀胱尿路上皮细胞肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测原发性膀胱尿路上皮细胞肿瘤87例、复发性膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌18例和膀胱非肿瘤性病变20例组织中C-erbB-2的表达。结果:C-erbB-2在膀胱病变的原发尿路上皮细胞肿瘤(47.13%)与非肿瘤性病变(10.00%)中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且在膀胱尿路上皮乳头状肿瘤中的表达随恶性程度增高而增高(P<0.05);在原发和复发的尿路上皮细胞肿瘤中表达分别为47.13%和66.67%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:C-erbB-2在膀胱尿路上皮细胞肿瘤发生、发展中可能起重要作用,它的表达与恶性程度相关。Objective：To study the clinical significance of C -erbB -2 in bladder urothelial tumour. Methods：EnVision immunohistochemisty was used to study the expressions of C - erbB - 2 in nontumorous bladder tissues from 20 patients and in vesical -urothelial tumors from 105 patients. Results：The expression of C - erbB -2 in primarily vesical - urothelial tumour （47.13 % ）was higher than that in non - tumors bladder tissues （ 10.00% ）, with a ststistical difference between the two groups （ P 〈0. O1 ）. The expression of C - erbB - 2 in primarily bladder corpora mammillaria urothelium tumor was heightened with the advance of malignancy lever（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： C - erbB - 2 was related to occurrence and development of bladder urothelial tumour.
