摘  要:中南大学病理生理学教研室根据PBL(Problem Based-Learning)教学理念,结合本学科特点,设计并实施了CPBL教学法(Case and Problem Based Learning,CPBL)。本文从学生角度,就这种CPBL教学法与兄弟院校PBL教学进行比较,并提出一些积极的建议。Problem based learning(PBL) pedagogy has been widely used in medical teaching process. But how to best use and develop PBL teaching, many universities try actively. According to PBL philosophy and the disciplines characteristics, the department of Pathophysiology in Central South University designed and carried out CPBL (Case and Problem Based Learning, CPBL) pedagogy. From the perspective of students, the authors have compared the CPBL pedagogy with PBL pedagogy in other academies, and make some positive recommendations.
