YS310对豚鼠形觉剥夺性近视作用的实验研究

摘  要:目的探讨氮氧化酶抑制剂YS310对豚鼠形觉剥夺性近视的治疗作用。设计实验性研究。研究对象豚鼠。方法3 ̄4周龄三色豚鼠45只,右眼不透明眼罩遮盖,左眼不遮盖,随机分为5组(每组9只):阳性对照组滴用0.1%阿托品,低、中、高浓度用药组分别滴用0.03%、0.1%、0.3%的YS310滴眼液,阴性对照组滴用YS310溶媒,均为右眼给药,每日3次,连续4周。实验前后分别用检影镜和A型超声波测眼屈光度数及眼轴长度。主要指标屈光度数、眼轴长度。结果遮盖4周后,在屈光度数方面,阴性对照组增加了-6.33D。其余各组与阴性对照组相比,阿托品组(增加-4.13D)差异有显著性意义(P=0.011);低浓度组(增加-4.97D)差异无显著性(P=0.066);中浓度组(增加-4.81D)、高浓度组(增加-4.53D)差异有显著性(P=0.041、0.017)。在眼轴方面,阴性对照组增加了0.30mm,阿托品组及低、中、高浓度用药组分别增加了0.22mm、0.29mm、0.27mm、0.26mm,与阴性对照组相比均无显著性差别(P均>0.05)。结论0.1% ̄0.3%YS310对豚鼠形觉剥夺性近视的屈光改变有一定的抑制效果,但不能有效地抑制眼轴的增长。(眼科,2006,15:195-197)Objective To determine the effect of YS310, a nitric oxidase inhibitor, on form deprived myopia model in guinea pigs. Design Experimental study. Participants Guinea pigs. Methods Forty-five guinea pigs with the age of three to four weeks were divided into five groups randomly. The right eye was covered with eye patch, the left eye was uncovered. The right eyes in the five groups were given 0.1% atropine, 0.03% YS310, 0.1%YS310, 0.3%YS310 and YS310 solvent respectively, three times a day for four weeks. The axial length of the eye and ocular refraction was checked with a scan uhrasonography and retinoscopy before and four weeks after covering the eye. Main outcome measures Refraction and axial length. Results The ocular refraction was increased -6.33D, -4.13D , -4.97D, -4.81D , -4.53D in YS310 solvent group, atropine group, 0.03%YS310 group, 0.1% YS310 group and 0.3% YS310 group respectively. Significant difference was found between atropine group and YS310 solvent group (P=0.011 ), between 0.1%YS310 group and YS310 solvent group (P=0.041), between 0.3%YS310 group and YS310 solvent group (P=0.017). No significant difference was found between 0.03%YS310 group and YS310 solvent group (P=0.066). The axial length was increased 0.30mm, 0.22ram, 0.29mm, 0.27mm and 0.26mm respectively in the above five groups. No significant difference was found between any two groups on axial length (P〉0.05 all ). Conclusion The refractive changing in form deprived myopia can be inhibited to some extent with 0.1%YS310 and 0.3% YS310 in guinea pig model, no inhibitive effect was found on axial length in atropine group and YS310 treatment groups.
