碘酸钠静脉注入后兔眼图形VEP的改变

摘  要:目的观察静脉注入碘酸钠后早期引起的兔眼图形视诱发电位(P-VEP)的改变,从而推测出视力的变化。方法将10mg/ml碘酸钠40mg/kg从兔耳缘静脉注入体内。镜片矫正兔眼屈光不正,注药前及注药后3h分别对兔右眼P-VEP进行检测(翻转棋盘格,分别对应的视角6’、3’、1·5’)。结果注药后3h,光感受器细胞未见明显损害,3d后,外节中可以看到许多空泡样改变。注药前约50ms可记录到一个正向的反应波(P100),注药后3h此波明显下降或消失(配对t检验,P<0·05)。结论静脉注入碘酸钠后3h可以影响兔眼视力。Objective It is well known that injection of sodium iodate can cause the damage of retinal pigment epithelium. Morphology and electroretinograms above mentioned damage have been studied thoroughly in a lot of animal experiments previously,but less literature highlighted the research on the findings of pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP) of these damages. Present experiment was to observe the changes of P-VEP of rabbits 3 hours after the sodium iodate injection. Methods 10 mg/ml sodium iodate was injected via vein in 10 pigmented rabbits at a dose of 40 mg/kg. P-VEP was recorded before and 3 hours after administration by checkboard reversing stimuli with 6,3 and 15 min of visual angles to assess the changes of vision function. Results No significant change was observed in outer segments of photoreceptors. A positive deflection appeared at about 50 ms ( P100 ) before administration. Three hours after application of sodium iodate, the amplitude of P100 decreased significantly from 4.1 ,4.82,3.83 p,V preoperatively to 1. 54,1.03,1.88μV postoperatively. Conclusion Visual acuity of rabbits is reduced 3 hours after injection of sodium iodate. The damage of visual function of rabbits induced by sodium iodate is prior to the histological change of photoreceptors.
