摘　　要：目的检测热休克蛋白70,90在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变中的表达情况,探讨其在口腔癌中的作用及其意义.方法采用SABC法免疫组化方法检测42例口腔鳞癌、22例口腔扁平苔藓、20例口腔白斑、10例正常黏膜中HSP70,90蛋白表达的情况.结果HSP70在OLP组中主要以阳性和强阳性表达为主,占91%(20/22),明显高于正常黏膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞癌组(P<0.05);HSP90在OLP,OSCC组中主要以弱阳性和阳性表达为主,分别占73%(16/22)和70%(14/20),明显高于正常组和口腔白斑组(P<0.05).结论HSP70,90在口腔扁平苔藓中均起着一定的作用;同时HSP90可能还参与口腔鳞癌的发生和发展过程.AIM： To detect the expression of heat shock protein 70, 90 （HSP 70, HSP 90 ） in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and oral precancerous lesions and investigate the roles of HSP 70 and HSP 90. METHODS： SABC immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expressions of HSP 70 and HSP 90 in 42 cases of OSCC, 22 cases of oral lichen planus（ OLP）, 20 cases of oral leukoplakia and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa. RESULTS： The rate of the positive or high expression of HSP70 in OLP was 91% （20/22）, which was remarkably higher than those of normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and OSCC （P 〈 0.05）. The rates of positive or low expression of HSP90 in OLP and OSCC were 73% （16/22） and 70% （14/20）, respectively, which was significantly higher than those of oral normal mucosa and oral leukoplakia（ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Both HSP70 and HSP90 may play a role in oral lichen planus. HSP90 may be related with the pathogenesis of OSCC.
