摘  要:本文介绍了企业的中间层组织理论,并以此框架为基础分析了运输市场的微观结构以及中间层组织在运输市场中的角色,提出了运输服务提供商谱系示意图,还结合完整运输产品理论分析了一体化运输阶段所需要的多式联运集成商的作用。The paper takes the application of the fi,'rn theory of intermediaries that provides a theoretical analysis framework and helps to explain the function of microstructure on transport market. Intermediaries on transport market decrease the transaction costs by reducing the adverse selection and moral hazard, tremendously increase transaction efficiency and create new opportunities. As traditional transport enterprises serve a yard-to-yard way of shipment, to meet the increasingly diversified transport and logistics demands become the main issue on the transport market. Therefore, there comes the new-style service chain organizer like inter-model transport and agency structure, as well as the express and logistics enterprises. The microstructure of transport market is experiencing great changes, so is transport demand, and its maturity level is more attributed to the development level of transport intermediaries. It is meaningful and important to make the economic analysis of transport intermediaries either for policy makers or business operators. Railways in particular, in the present fiercely competitive inter-model transport market, need specialized intermediaries to connect the markets closely.
