摘  要:采用毛细管电泳-电化学检测法(CE-ED)同时测定了日化用品中酚性化合物三氯生与没食子酸丙酯的含量,考察了缓冲液酸度和浓度、分离电压、氧化电位和进样时间等实验参数对分离检测的影响。该方法已成功地应用于实际样品中酚性化合物使用情况的分析,结果令人满意。A simultaneous determination of phenolic compounds, including triclosan and propyl gallate, in toothpastes and hand creams by capillary electrophoresis - electrochemical detection (CE- ED) is reported. The effects of several important factors such as the acidity and concentration of running buffer, separation voltage, injection time, and detection potential were investigated to acquire the optimum conditions. The proposed method was successfully used for the analysis of real samples, and the results are satisfactory.
