超声心动图对原发性心脏肿瘤的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性心脏肿瘤超声心动图的特征。方法对32例经手术证实原发性心脏肿瘤患者的超声心动图结果进行回顾性分析。结果超声心动图诊断29例黏液瘤,1例黏液瘤由于反复发作而诊断为恶性;2例恶性肿瘤提示心腔、心肌内占位病变。黏液瘤多发生在左房,有明确的瘤蒂,活动度大,而恶性肿瘤回声较强、无蒂,活动度小或多发或易复发。结论超声心动图对原发心脏肿瘤的诊断可初步区分良、恶性肿瘤,但对于恶性黏液瘤影像学还难于鉴别。Objective To explore the UCG Charters of primary heart neoplasma, Methods To retrospectively analyze the UCG result of 29 cases with primary heart neoplasms verified by operation. Results 29 cases with myxoma were diagnosed by LJCG, 1 case was diagnosed as malignant tumor because of recurring. 2 cases with malignant tumor indicate making invasion to mycardium and heart chamber. Myxoma often occur in the left atrialwith clear pedicle and good mobile ability. Malignant tumor with denseecho, without pedicle and mobile ability, easily recur. Conclusion UCG has significant meaning in diagnose heart neoplasma and can define well benign and malignant tumor ,it difficultly detect malignant myxoma,It can give some direction to indentify patholgy.
