高校教学管理规范化的现状与对策

摘　　要：随着高校办学规模的不断扩大及办学层次的不断提升,高校教学管理规范化问题日趋重要。解决高校教学管理中存在的问题,主要从以下四个方面入手:加强和完善教学管理指挥体系;建立健全并贯彻落实教学管理规章制度;建立运行有效的质量监控和评价体系;重视教学管理队伍建设,实现教学管理的专业化。With the expansion in scale and up -gradation in level, the standardization of the management in colleges is becoming ever more important. The author of this article points out the existing problems of the teaching management in colleges and holds that the problems in teaching management should be solved through strengthening and perfecting the commanding system establishing and implementing the rules and regulations, setting up effective quality control and evaluation system and attaching importance to the construction of the teaching management so as to realize the specialization in teaching management.
