玉米芯生料栽培平菇品种的筛选及栽培试验

摘　　要：利用半地下式塑料菇棚，进行了平菇品比、接种后处理方法和栽培方式三因素的试验。结果表明：２３个平菇品种间发菌期存在显著差异，扎孔处理能显著加快菌丝生长速度，缩短发菌期，并减少杂菌污染；品种间子实体产量差异显著，覆土栽培能显著提高子实体产量。通过试验筛选出了适合玉米芯生料栽培的高产优质平菇品种，分别为莱平１号、莱平４号、８９０３和ＰＬ８０２。The experiments of three factors including the comparison among different cultivars of P. ostreatus, different treatments after inoculation and different cultivated forms were conducted in the half-underground plastic mushroom shed. The results showed that there exhibited significant difference among 23 cultivars, the effect of pricking treatment to accelerate mycelia growth remarkably, shortening the spawnrunning period and reducing contamination of miscellaneus micro-organisms, The yields of fruitbody differed significantly among cultivars and the casing cultivation could raise yields prominently. The quality and high-yielded P. ostreatus cultivars adapted to corn cobs cultivation have been screened out. They are Laiping-1 Laiping-4, 8903 and PL802 respectively.
