摘　　要：报导了一种利用乘方电路实现气敏传感器非线性特性的线性化补偿的原理、电路及其实验结果.该电路具有测量范围宽、线性精度较高等特点.In this paper, by the logafier circuit, a new method is induced to realize thelinearizing compensation of gas sensor non-linearization. In the meantime, the executivecircuit and experimental results are also be provided. Consequently, it shows this circuithas the specialities of wide measurement rang, high linearization precison, and so on.
