摘　　要：介绍一种非接触式、数字化塑料膜在线检测系统.这种系统采用硬软件双重滤波的设计和比值测量方法,较好地抑制了干扰信号对测量精度的影响,实现快速准确测量.配以相应接口,本系统可方便地配接在生产线控制闭环中.A contactless, digistal system meassuring the thickness of plastic film is pre-sened in this paper. This system adopts the design using double filter by hardware andsoftware and ratio test, which well depress the interference having effect on the measur-ing accuracy. It can realize quick and precise measurement. With suitbale interface, andcan be easily connected to the controlling closed circuit on the line of production.
