摘 要:在电机轴上无机械速度传感器的可控交流电机驱动,由于其低廉的价格和较高的可靠性,一直备受关注。为了取代传感器,它通过测量定子电流和电机端电压得到转子速度信息。矢量控制传动需要估计定子或转子磁通基波的大小和空间位置。为此需要使用开环估计器或闭环观测器,它们在准确性、鲁棒性以及对模型参数变化的敏感性等性能上均不相同。通过信号注入即利用电机的各向异性,可以获得零速范围附近的动态性能和稳态速度精度。本文使用复杂空间矢量的信号流程图来形象地描述文流电机无传感器的控制系统。Controllable AC motor drive without mechanical speed sensor on axis has been greatly focused for its low price and high stability. In order to substitute sensor, it obtains the speed information of rotor through the measure on stator current and motor base voltage. It is necessary for the vector control drive to estimate the magnitude and space imsition of the base wave of stator and rotor magnetism flux. Therefore the open-loop estimator or closed loop observer is to be used. They are quite different on veracity, robustness and sensitivity about variation of model parameters. Through signal inject and utilization of the motor anisotropy the dynamic performance and steady speed accuracy around the zero speed range will be obtained. The paper uses signal flowing chart of complex space vector to visualized describe the control system with no-sensor AC motor.
