摘　　要：目的：观察胎盘免疫调节肽的抑癌效果，阐明其抑癌的机理。方法：采用生化分离技术，将胎盘免疫调节肽进行分离纯化，用荷瘤小鼠抑癌实验进行活性检测。结果：胎盘提取物对荷瘤实验抑瘤率约为31％～42％。结论：胎盘免疫调节肽对肿瘤生长具有抑制作用。Objective： To study the inhibition of placental immunoregulating polypeptide against cancer and its inhibition mechanism, Methods： Placental immunoregulating polypeptide was seperated and purified from human placenta using modem biochemistry separation technology. Tumor-implanted mice were used in experiments of the cancerostatic activity. Results： The placenta extracts showed inhibition of 31% 42 %. Conclusion： The experiment showed placental immunoregulating pelypeptide has inhibitory effect on tumor growth,
