摘　　要：动脉内局部溶栓对包括心源性栓塞在内的急性缺血性卒中均有较好的疗效,动静脉联合溶栓的安全性较高。最近的研究表明,急诊动脉内局部溶栓联合血管成形术在急性缺血性卒中的治疗中起重要作用。Local intra-arterial thrombolysis has better efficacy in treating acute ischemic stroke, including cardiogenic embolism, and the safety of combined intravenous and intra-arterial thrombolysis is higher. Recent studies have suggested that the combination of angioplasty and local intra-arterial thrombolysis plays an important role in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke during an acute emergency.
