干燥与贮藏条件对高山红景天根部红景天苷含量的影响

摘　　要：目的：评价干燥与贮藏条件对高山红景天根部红景天苷含量的影响。方法：采用Waters高效液相色谱仪测定3种干燥方式、3种贮藏温度处理的高山红景天根部红景天苷的含量。结果：不同干燥、贮藏条件下高山红景天根部红景天苷的含量分别在0．11％～0．23％和0．11％～0．25％之间变化。结论：高山红景天采收后，直接80℃烘干或保湿贮存一段时间后再80℃烘干处理，红景天苷的含量均不会发生大的变化。Objective:To estimate the effect of drying and storage condtions on the salidroside content in the root of Rhodiola sachalinensis.Methods:The salidroside contents in the roots of R.sachalinensis processed by three drying methods and ander three storage conditions were determined by HPLC.Results:The salidroside content in the root of R.sachalinensis was varied between 0.11%～0.23%,0.11%～0.25% respectively in different drying and storage conditions.Conclusions:The salidroside content in the root of R.sachalinenris would not change much if drying the roots at 80℃.
