摘　　要：目的:提高MR泌尿系水成像(MRU)对原发性输尿管移行细胞癌的诊断正确性。方法:收集46例病理证实的原发性输尿管移行细胞癌患者的病理资料及影像学资料进行回顾分析。结果:MRU对输尿管癌的诊断敏感性及特异性分别为100%(46/46)及82.6%(38/46)。结论:MRU对诊断原发性输尿管移行细胞癌具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance urography （MRU） for primary transitional cell carcinoma of ureter. Methods： Forty - six patients with the primary transitional cell carcinoma of ureter were examined with MRU, and the diagnosis was established by operation and pathology in all patients. Results：The sensitivity and specificity of M RU for diagnsing transitional cell carcinoma of ureter were 100% （46/ 46 ） and 82.6% （38/46）, respectively. Conclusion： MRU may be a useful diagnostic tool for primary transitional cell carcinoma of ureter.
