摘　　要：本文介绍了沈兼士文字起源于语言和绘画的二元说,评析了后起文字学家对沈说的批评,论述了沈说的科学性及其在中国文字学史上的地位。It first introduced Mr. Shen＇s originality of the Chinese characters with the features of picture and tanguage, commented on the critics＇ sayings to Mr. Shen＇s ideas, and finally, commented on the rationality in his works and the solid position in history.
