论学校体育中学生体育素质的构建与培养

摘　　要：学校体育是实施素质教育的重要途径,学生的体育素质应由体育文化素养、体质健康基础、心理发展水平和终身体育能力等4个层面13项素质组成。研究学校体育中学生体育素质的构建及培养途径,对于全面提高学生的体育素质,具有十分重要的意义。This paper sets forth the connection between quality education and school physical education. It puts forward the viewpoints that students sports quality is composed of 13 qualities among 4 types, which conclude attainments, physique basis, psychological developing level and life - long sports competency. 5 countermeasures are advanced to strengthen the developing of students＇ sports quality in current school physical education.
