摘　　要：从目前物流企业的运作方式和实际经营效果来看,许多物流企业的收益都很低,其中,物流运输过程中空驶现象无疑成为最重要的影响因素之一。本文提出一要调整运力结构,保持运力与运量的平衡关系,二要依据规范、科学的物流网络和运输方式,三要提高物流运输市场的组织与管理水平。From the current operation methods and actual management results ot the logistics business enterprise to see, many incomes of logistics business enterprise are all very low, among them, the empty driving phenomenon becomes doubtlessly one of the most important influence factors in the logistics converance process. Aim at this, this essay puts forward, firstly, to adjust to carrying the dint structure, keep the equilibrium relation between the carrying dint and carrying capacity; secondly, to use normal and scientific logistics network and the management of the logistics conveyance market.
