摘  要:以野生金线莲为外植体,在基本培养基中分别添加不同种类、不同浓度激素组合,进行芽丛诱导、继代培养、芽分化和根诱导试验。结果表明,M S基本培养基中附加6-BA 1.0m g/L、NAA 0.1m g/L和ZT 0.02m g/L,芽丛的诱导率最高为95.92%;在营养体分化期间,低浓度的激素组合有利于促进芽径增粗和茎、叶的分化。在对不同来源金线莲全草进行粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、维生素C等营养成分含量的分析中发现组培瓶苗植株的含水量、维生素C、粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量最高,而灰分和总糖分含量则以野生植株的最高,说明不同生长条件对金线莲营养成分含量有明显的影响。Wild Anoectochilus roxburghii plants were used as explants in the experiment, and different types and concentrations of hormone were added to the basic medium to study the buds induction and differentiation, and root induction, respectively. The results showed that the buds induction rate was the highest with 95. 92% in medium MS+ 6-BA 1.0mg/L + NAA 0. 1mg/L + ZT 0. 02mg/L. During the differentiation period of vegetative, low concentration of hormone combination was suitable for producing thicker bud shoots and differentiation of stem and leaf. By analyzing the nutrient contents of Anoectochilus roxburghii plant with different sources, including water content, coarse protein and fat, total sugar and vitamin C, it was found that the contents of water, vitamin C, coarse protein and fat in the plantlets derived from tissue culture in bottle were the highest, while the contents of ash and total sugar in the wild plants were the highest. It indicated that different growth conditions could affect the nutrient contents of Anoectochilus roxburghii plants obviously.
