摘　　要：目的探讨男性海洛因依赖者（MPHD）的记忆力与述情障碍的关系及海洛因依赖者记忆力改变的影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查、韦氏记忆量表（WMS）、多伦多述情障碍量表（TAS-26）对140例MPHD进行记忆力与述情障碍的评估。结果MPHD韦氏记忆商数（MQ）、视觉再认、图片回忆、联想学习、触觉记忆、背诵数字成绩[分值依次为（93．66±13．81）分、（9．39±3．32）分、（10．07±2．21）分、（5．83±3．54）分、（9．78±1．35）分、（9．91±3．09）分]显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）[对应分值依次为（102．90±12．34）分、（11．05±2．16）分、（11．30±2．11）分、（7．65±3．23）分、（10．77±1．08）分、（11．60±3．49）分]；TAS-26总分与四个因子分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。相关分析发现，TAS-26因子与数字顺序1～100、视觉再生呈显著负相关；因子与数字顺序1—100、数字顺序累加、触觉记忆、理解记忆、记忆商数呈显著负相关（P〈0．05）。以MQ为因变量进行多元回归分析，TAS-26因子与受教育年限依次进入回归方程。结论MPHD存在明显的记忆损害与述情障碍，二者密切相关；述情障碍与受教育年限是MPHD记忆力的重要影响因素。Objective To explore the relationship between memory and alexithymia and to identify the related risk factors to memory change in male patients with heroin dependence（MPHD）. Methods 140 MPHD and 75 healthy controls were tested the memory employing Wechsler Memory Scale （WMS） , and Toronto Alexithymia Scale （ TAS-26 ） was employed to evaluate alexithymia. Results The performances of WAS, namely memory quotient（MQ）, recognition, picture memory, association, touch memory and digital memory in MPHD were significantly lower than that in healthy controls （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the control group, MPHD had significant higher total and factor scores of TAS-26（ P〈0.05 orP〈0.01 ）. The factor of TAS-26 were significantly negatively correlated to some memory indicators（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. The factor of TAS-26 and educational years enter the regression equation for MQ in turn. Conclusion Patients with heroin dependence suffered from decreased memory and sever alexithymia,and there were significant associations between them. The alexithymia and educational years were responsible for impaired memory in MPHD.
