摘　　要：在肌醇的生产工艺中,原料预备、酸解、中和、离子交换、浓缩、精制几个工段的工艺参数和操作方法,对产品的质量和得率影响很大。通过实验,总结了上述各工段中提高产品质量与得率的工艺要点及理论依据,为实际生产提供一定的帮助。During the process for production of inositol, the technological parameters and operation methods in several stages of preparation, acldolysis, neutralization, ion exchange and refining are very important tactors influencing the quality and yield of products. The important technological points and theoretical basis for improving the quality and yield of products from above stages through experiment, so that a certain assistance could be provided for practical production.
