摘  要:目的:观察血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)牛磺酸跨膜转运的特征及缺氧-复氧损伤后的改变。方法:用3H标记的牛磺酸在培养的家兔主动脉VSMC上进行实验。结果:VSMC的牛磺酸转运是钠浓度依赖的高亲和转运,Na+-K+-ATP酶抑制剂哇巴因呈浓度依赖性地抑制其转运。VSMC经缺氧-复氧处理后Vmax下降34%(P<0.01),但Km值无明显改变。结论:VSMC具有高亲和牛磺酸转运系统,缺氧-复氧处理可能损伤这一转运系统。Objective:To observe the characteristics of taurine transmembrane transportation and its al-terations after anoxia-reoxygenation. Methods:On the cultured rabbit aorta vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC),using 3H labelled taurine. Results:The transportation of taurine in VSMC was [Na-]-dependent in high affinity.Ouabain,a Na+-K+-ATPase inhibitor,inhibited this transportation in a concentration-dependent manner.In damaged VSMC by anoxia-reoxygenation injury the Vmax of taurine transportation was decreased by 34%(P<0.01),but its Km value was not altered Conclusion:Anoxia-reoxygenation injury may impair the taurine transportation system in the cultured VSMC.
