摘　　要：论述了以国家重点实验室评估为契机，以评估标准为指南，结合我实验室的具体问题和特点，全面加强了实验室的建设和管理。采用集中性、计划性、开放性及分类、分级的管理模式，使之成为严格规范、整洁舒适、布局合理、和谐开放的实验室，并充分发挥实验室的整体效益，有力地促进了科研、教学的发展和创新。Taking the opportunity of the evaluation of the state key laboratory, using the evaluation standards as the guidelines, the management team of the state key laboratory of Chemical Engineering strengthened the construction and management of the laboratory. The new management model of centralization, planning, opening, category and classification made the laboratory standard, comfortable, reasonable and easily open. It also made the laboratory work normally and efficiently, and prompted the development of research and education work strongly.
