摘　　要：针对U型钢专用闪光对焊机的连接工艺要求,设计了专用气液联控的传动机构和增压夹紧机构.介绍了闪光对焊专用夹具的加紧力计算和气液增压原理及其实现,最后介绍了利用气液联合驱动实现动夹具传动机构.Aiming at the attachment process requirements of the U structural section＇s flash butt welder,the special gas- liquid drive gear and pressure clamp system were designed. The paper calculated the clamp force of the flash butt welder, showed the principle of gas - liquid pressure boost and the implementation was given. The drive gear of the moving clamp apparatus was carried out using the gas- liquid association- diver.
