摘　　要：从激励约束的角度分析如何扩大师徒之间隐性知识的共享量。提出师徒之间隐性知识共享存在的障碍,并从交易成本出发对这些障碍进行分析;讨论如何提高师徒模式下隐性知识共享的“量”的问题,提出相应的解决方案,最后通过一个实例论证所提出的观点。This paper first proposes how to improve the quantity of shared tacit knowledge in master-prentice pattern from the perspective of incentive compatible mechanism. Then it presents and analyzes the obstacles in terms of transaction cost. After that it explores the ways to improve tacit knowledge sharing and gives solutions to eliminate or alleviate these obstacles. Finally, it conducts an case study to confirm the theoretical idea in this paper.
