论完善我国的物权公示制度

摘　　要：物权公示制度是物权法中一项重要的制度,对于维护交易安全,维护物权对世性、排他性等基本特征等方面有重要意义。但我国现存法律对物权公示制度的规定极不完善,文章对于物权公示的内容、适用范围及效力、动产支付制度的完善及商品房预售和所有权保留情况下,应建立预告登记制度等方面进行了有益的探讨,提出建议,从而进一步完善我国的物权公示制度。The system of property announcement is an important system in the property law which has great importance to protect the security of dealing, the Right in rem and exclusion. But, the present law for property announcement is imperfect. on the establishment of system of forewarning and register from the aspect of the content of The author conducts a meaningful exploration t, applied range, the perfection of movable property payment and Commodity House Presold and the reservation of ownership. This paper puts forward suggestions to further perfect our system of property announcement.
