摘  要:用人成骨肉瘤体外培养细胞(HOS-8603)分别种植于5只8周龄及5只6周龄NC裸鼠股骨骨髓腔内,其中7只裸鼠均生长人的成骨肉瘤。动物模型X线见均有明显溶骨性破坏、骨膜反应和向软组织侵犯所形成之包块。病理学所见与原来人成骨肉瘤细胞的特性相似,AKP染色阳性。用抗人骨肉瘤单克隆抗体(OsMcAb)标记^(125)I后对此动物模型进行了导向诊断实验研究,特异性较强,结果满意。Human osteosarcoma cells (HOS-8603) cultured in vitro were injected into the medullary cavities of femur in 5 8-weeks aged NC nude mice and 5 6-weeks aged NC nude mice and in 7 of these animals human osteosarcoma grew. Osteolytic damage, parostium reaction and mass formation were observed on X-ray film. The pathologic findings in this study were similar to the characteristics of original tumor cells and AKP stain was positive.Anti-osteosarcoma monoclonal antibody labeled with 125I was used to carry out experimental guiding diagnostic study in these animal models with a high specificity.
