摘 要:目的探讨心血管健康状况的模糊评估方法,为心血管疾病的早期防治和预防提供指导。方法通过运动实验得到39例血压正常及51例高血压患者的4个生理参数,利用统计方法所得的隶属函数对各生理参数进行归一化处理。利用层次分析法,根据各参数间的相关性建立判别矩阵,从而建立健康评估得分函数,对两组人群心血管健康状况进行模糊评估分析。结果两组人群的各生理参数存在显著性差异,层次分析法的结果显示两组人群的心血管健康状况与得分状况比较一致。结论层次分析法可通过计算得分情况反映测试者真实的心血管健康状况,这种模糊分析方法为人体健康状况评测提供了新思路。Objective To study the method of evaluating the health status of cardiovascular system, provide a guide of early prevention and treatment for subjects with potential cardiovascular diseases. Method 51 incipient hypertensives and 39 health subjects were selected. Four physiological indexes were obtained by exercise experiment. The subjection functions for the indexes based on statistics were built respectively. The evaluating function of health was finally constructed by discriminant matrix of Analytic Hierarchy Process. Result There are significant differences between two groups in four physiological indexes. Scores computed by the evaluating function accorded with the true health status of two groups. Conclusion The constructed evaluating function could reflect true health status of test objects. This fuzzy analysis method provided a new idea for evaluating health status of cardiovascular system.
