被动吸烟对健康青年血管内皮功能及血清总胆红素浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨被动吸烟对健康青年成人血管内皮舒张功能及血清总胆红素(TB iL)浓度的影响。方法采用超声肱动脉内径测量法,观察被动吸烟、主动吸烟及正常对照组各30例血流介导的和硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉内径变化,同时测定各组TB iL浓度。结果三组肱动脉内径基础值及硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉舒张比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血流介导的血管扩张被动吸烟组与正常对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与吸烟组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主、被动吸烟组TB iL浓度均低于正常组(P<0.05),而两组间TB iL浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.34)。结论被动吸烟导致健康青年人群血管内皮舒张功能损伤可能还与血清TB iL降低有关。Objective To investigate passive smokers vascular endothelial dilatation ,function and changes of serum total bilirubin concentration（TBiL）. Methods Brachial artery internal diameters were measured hy ultrasonic. Observe changes of brachial artery, internal diameters by tlow- mediated and nitroglycerin - induced in passive smoker group, active smoker group,and contrnd group （ each 30 cases）. And measure TBiL of each groups. Results Brachial artery basic internal diameters and brachial artery dilatation by nitroglycerin - induced were no significant difference among three groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Changes of brachial artery internal di- ametersby flow -mediatedare were significant difference between passive smoker group and control group （P 〈 0.01 ）,while no significant difference between passive smoker group and active smoker group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. TBiL decreased in passive smoker group and active smoker group, and no significant difference between the two groups （ P = 0.34 ）. Conclusion Passive smoking induc, es healthy young - adult to damage vascular endothelial dilatation function. Probably it relates to TBiL concentration decrease.
