摘　　要：采用Sumifix HF活性染料对大豆纤维进行染色。通过单因素试验,分别讨论温度、盐用量、碱用量等工艺参数,对大豆蛋白纤维的上染率和固色率的影响;通过正交试验确定合适的工艺条件。结果表明,盐用量为35g/L,碱用量为15g/L,温度为60℃,浴比为1∶30时,染色效果较好。The Sumifix HF reactive dyestuff are used in dyeing of soybean protein fabric. Influence of temperature, dosage of salt and alkali on the rate of dyeing and fixation yield was discussed. The optimal dyeing condition is obtained through orthogonal experiments. The results show that the suitable dyeing condition is salt 35 g/L, alkali 15 g/L, temperature 60℃ and liquor ratio 1： 30.
