福建省发展成人高等教育的若干思考

摘　　要：近几年福建省成人高等教育发展速度较为缓慢,究其原因在于管理部门在认识、相关管理法规以及政府主导协调方面存在值得改进的地方。首先是对于成人高等教育的发展在建立终身教育体系、构建和谐社会,以及在建设海峡西岸经济区中的作用认识不到位;其次是管理法规陈旧,不合时宜,应更多地为教育对象着想,切实体现以人为本;最后是政府指导有待加强,要在发展社区教育、校企协作、国际合作等方面发展主导作用。The recent sluggish development attention, relevant regulations as well as leadership of Fujian adult education is the result of insufficient in the governmental administration. Firstly, there is a lack of understanding that the development of adult education is based on the completion of life - time education system, on the construction of the harmonious society and on the service to the Cross - strait Economic Zone. Secondly, the regulations concerned are not up to date so as to take human as the essential part. Thirdly, the leadership of the government needs school- enterprise collaboration and to be strengthened in such roles as international cooperation. developing community education,
