聚核化战略在高校发展中的应用

摘　　要：战略管理的研究与应用已成为高校发展中的热点问题之一。聚核化是针对过度多元化和过度规模化的组织进行重新整合,使其回归“主业”的一种管理战略。我国高校经过一个时期的迅猛发展,有过度多元化和过度规模化的倾向,实施聚核化战略管理是一种发展的必然选择。高校聚核化的着眼点与渠道应是高校战略定位、制度供给与学科建设的聚核化。The research ＆ application of strategic management has become one of the hot problems concerning the development in higher Learning institutions. Focusing is a kind of strategic management dealing with the over pluralism, readjusting the over large scale organizations ＆ returning to the main course. There is a tendency of over pluralism and over large scaling in higher learning institutions in China over a period of rapid development, and it is the inevitable option to choose the focusing strategic management. In this paper the authors think the right starting point and channel for focusing in higher Learning institutions should be the strategic orientation, system supply ＆ disciplinary construction.
