摘  要:合成了(C6H9N2O2S)5HP2Mo18O62·15H2O(SPOM-1)和(C6H9N2O2S)H8P2Mo15V3O62·8H2O(SPOM-2)两种新的含有磺胺的多金属氧酸盐,通过元素分析、IR光谱对其结构进行了表征.在人雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞系PC-3M内,对合成的多金属氧酸盐进行了抗肿瘤活性的研究.研究发现,SPOM-1,SPOM-2在体外能明显抑制前列腺癌PC-3M细胞,并呈一定的量效关系,EC50分别为38,11g·mL-1;治疗指数(TI)分别为12.07,26.82;SPOM-2的抗前列腺癌PC-3M细胞活性大于SPOM-1.Two new polyoxometalates namely (C6H9N2O2S)5HP2Mo18O62·15HzO (SPOM-1) and (C6H9NzOzS)· H8PzMo15V3O62·8H2O (SPOM-2) containing sulfanilamide were synthesized and structurally characterized by elementary analysis and IR spectra. The antitumor activities of these compounds had been investigated in human androgen independent prostate cancer cell PC-3M. SPOM-1 and SPOM-2 were shown to inhibit prostate cancer cell PC-3M significantly, and there was a certain dose-effect relationship. EC50 for the two samples was 38 and 11 μg·mL^-1, respectively, and therapeusis index (TI) was 12.07 and 26.82, respectively. It was concluded from the test that the activity of SPOM-2 inhibiting prostate cancer cell PC-3M was superior to that of SPOM-1.
