肝细胞癌围手术期运用扶正汤近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正汤在肝细胞癌(HCC)围手术期应用的临床疗效。方法:将60例待手术HCC患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,两组患者均常规用西药护肝治疗,治疗组加用扶正汤,对照组加用肝复乐。治疗前、后观察肝功能,临床症状积分以判断疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组完全缓解分别为25例,16例;部分缓解分别为3例,9例;稳定分别为l例,2例;恶化分别为l例,3例。总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组83.33%,两组疗效比较,经Ridit检验,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后症状积分比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后黄疸指数改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:扶正汤在HCC围手术期应用有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the short - term curative effects of Fuzheng Decoction on patients with HCC during the surrounding operation period. Methods： 60 cases of HCC were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with each having 30 cases. Fuzheng Decoction was applied for the treatment group, while Ganfule for the other, with both receiving the conventional liver - protection westem medicine. Observation was made on the liver function and the integrals of clinical symptoms were calculated before and after the treatment to confirm the curative effects. Results： The complete remission （CR） eases, the PR eases, the NR eases and the PD eases in the treatment group and the control group reached 25, 16; 3, 9; 1, 2 and 1, 3 respectively. The improvement rate in the treatment group amounted to 93.33%, and 83.33% in the control group. The Ridit analysis of the curative effects in both groups showed a significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . Also, the comparison between the two integrals of clinical symptoms indicated a very significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. The icteric indices of the treatment group were greatly reduced （P 〈 0.05） after the treatment. Conclusion： The curative effects of Fuzheng Decoction have positive effects on patients with HCC during the surrounding operation period.
