摘　　要：目的探讨了卵巢癌患者手术前后血清CEA、CA125水平的变化。方法应用放免法测定42例卵巢癌患者血清CEA、CA125含量并与30例正常健康人作比较。结果卵巢癌患者在手术前后血清CEA、CA125水平均高于正常人组(P<0·01)。结论测定卵巢癌患者血清中CEA、CA125水平对了解病情、诊断、治疗和预后上是一个重要的临床参考指标。Objective To investigate the changes of serum CEA, CA125 levels after operation in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum CEA, CA125 （with RIA） levels were measured in 42 patients with ovarian cancer as well as in 30 controls. Results Pre-operatively serum CEA, CA125 levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Serum CEA, CA125 levels are closely related to the diseases process and are of prognostic value in patients with ovarian cancer.
