摘 要:研究了口腔修复体的计算机辅助设计中牙齿咬合面的虚拟调整。首先采用同名标准冠获得需要冠修复的患牙的最初牙合面形态;然后利用基于图形空间的OpenGL的选择模式,生成当上下颌牙齿处于牙尖交错位时标准冠牙合面到对颌牙牙合面的法向距离图;进一步利用得到的距离图,并引入体样条插值算法,选择合适的控制顶点,完成对标准冠牙合面与对颌牙牙合面的冲突区域的调整。以标准三单位固定桥模型为例,对牙合面调整算法进行验证。调牙合后的标准冠较好保持了牙合面基本形态,满足与对颌牙的咬合及表面光顺的要求,而且调牙合过程由程序自动完成,满足临床使用的要求。Adjustment of the occulsal surface of the teeth is of great importance in computer-aided design of dental restorations. The initial occlusal surface of the teeth whose crowns need to be repaired was firstly obtained by positioning the generic teeth. Then, by using the OpenGL selection mode based on the image space, the distance map between the generic teeth and the opposite occlusal surface in the direction of the normal vector was generated when the lower and upper jaws model were on the position of intercupided occlusion. By making use of the distance map and introducing a volume spline interpolation algorithm, a set of control points were selected and therefore the conflict areas were adjusted with good effect. Finally, the three unit bridge was used as an example to verify the proposed algorithm for the occlusal surface adjustment. The results show that, although the restoration shape is slightly changed to avoid interpenetrations with the opponent teeth, the main topological feature and the smoothness of the occlusal surface are well maintained. Furthermore the correction of the occlusal surface is accomplished automatically by programming, which is fast and adaptive to clinical applications.
