摘 要:为提高现代制造中物流网络和成员的经济效益,提出了基于效益协同的物流网络模型。在分析物流活动的构成要素及其关系模型的基础上,运用节点内外部的活动网络模型表示出节点之间资源共享的协同工作机理,并建立多节点的协同物流网络优化目标及其约束函数。通过一个机械零部件制造企业与第三方物流企业的物流协同应用实例,验证了协同物流网络模型的协同效应和双赢效益。研究结果表明,物流网络模型可有效地通过物流环节的协同提高网络成员的经济收益。In order to increase the economic benefits of the whole logistics network and its all participants in modern manufacture, a network model based on performance collaboration was put forward. Based on the elements and relationship of logistics activities, the collaboration mechanism among logistics network nodes was indicated by internal and external activities of the nodes. Then the objective function and the constraints were built up to optimize collaborative logistics network composed of many nodes. Finally, an application example was given to study logistics collaboration performance between a parts manufacturer and 3PL company. The results illustrate the synergistic effect and win-win benefit of the network model for collaborative logistics. The research shows that the network model can provide a valid method to improve the economic benefits of all members by logistics collaboration.
