食管癌切除术后胃出口梗阻（附5例报告）

摘　　要：分析５例食管癌切除术后胃出口梗阻的发病原因和治疗。强调胃出口梗阻是食管癌切除术后一种少见但严重的并发症。此梗阻的发生多与手术有关，只要术中注意各项操作，该并发症可以预防。梗阻一经确诊，抢救成功的关键是尽早行二次手术解除梗阻因素或行胃空肠吻合和空肠空肠吻合术。Gastric obstruction was analysed in 5 patients with carcinoma of esophagus af-ter resection.The results suggested the gastric obstruction is a rare and seriouscomplication,It is related to operation and will be prevented so long as operation perfor-mances were paid closely attention. Alter gastric obstruction was made sure diagnosis,thekey point of useful management is performing the following operation for releasing thegastric obstruction or employing gastrojejunostomy and jejunojeunostomy。
