摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆提高馆员素质的必要性,并对图书馆员的职业道德素质、专业技能素质和身心素质等提出一些建议。This paper analyzes on the necessity of improving the quality of the librarians in university library, and advances some suggestions on librarians＇ professional ethics quality, the professional skill quality and the physical-mental quality.
