摘　　要：简介了信息经济的概念,分析了信息与知识的关系,阐述了知识在工业经济与信息经济中作用的异同,提出了迎接新经济的新战略。This paper introduces the concept of information economy, analyzes on the relation between the information and the economy, expounds the differences and similarities of the functions of the knowledge in industrial economy and information economy, and advances some new tactics for receiving the new economy.
