摘　　要：对山西省农村实用人才资源的现状进行了分析,指出农村实用人才存在着总量不足、结构不平衡、效能低、发展环境有待改善等问题,并提出了山西省农村实用人才队伍发展的对策。This paper analyzes on the present situation of rural serviceable talents resource of Shanxi Province, points out the problems existing in the rural serviceable talents such as the numerical shortage, unbalanced structure, lower efficiency and poor developing environment of the talents, and advances some countermeasures for developing the rural serviceable talents of Shanxi Province.
