摘　　要：研究显示,随食管上皮病变的进展,血清铜呈显著增加趋势;大肠癌患者血清锌水平明显低于正常对照和大肠良性病组;糖尿病患者血清锌,铁明显低于对照组,而血清铜则高于对照组,经t检验差别有显著意义。本文就微量元素多种相关疾病中的应用简要概述。Study showed that serum copper was increasing obviously along with the development of epithelial pathological changes in esophagn . serum zinc of patients with cancer of colon was lower than that of control group and group with benign diseases. Serum zinc and iron of patients with diabetes were lower than that of control group ,while their serum copper was higher than that of control group, which had a significant difference according to t-test. This article just reviews trace elements about its application in some related diseases.
