摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对口腔癌病人围手术期的心理影响。方法将90例口腔癌住院病人随机分成两组,干预组45例,对照组45例,两组术前均进行常规准备和护理,干预组在此基础上进行心理干预,比较两组患者手术后的精神心理症状。结果心理干预组心理精神症状显著低于常规组。结论对口腔癌手术病人进行心理干预,可以减轻病人的心理反应,有利于患者渡过手术难关。[Objective] To study the effects of psychological interference on patients with oral cancer during the perioperative period. [Methods] Ninety patients with oral cancer were divided into two groups： the interference group and the control group. All the patients during the perioperative period were prepared by ordinary way but the patients in the interference group received the psychological interference and the psychological symptoms were compared in these two groups. [Results] The degree of psychological symptoms in the interference group was sisnificanfly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The psychological interference can alleviate the psychological symptoms and it is favourable for the patients to get through the surgical pass.
